Your relationships work fine on paper.
Inside, you are tired, seeking, and still not feeling met.

These are not signs of weakness.
They are symptoms of a story
you once built.
Out of fear, and to survive.
Psycholongevity goes beyond mindfulness and goal-setting. We work at the level of the nervous system and the stories that are running you.
Awareness of where you are at, then learn how to change it. We look at your habits, routines, and environment to see where your regulation has been coming from, then introduce a practice of stillness and grounding that works for you, not against you.
Uncover the beliefs driving you, then release what your body has been holding onto. We surface the limiting beliefs and language patterns shaping how you experience your life, then work with bodily sensations and emotions to process old stored imprints your mind alone cannot resolve.
Rediscover who you are beneath the performance. As the noise quiets, we explore what gives your life meaning, how you want to move forward, and how you want to serve others or something bigger than you, whether that is rooted in faith, your relationships, or your own sense of purpose.
Every session is a structured, body-mind experience. Here is what you can expect from the work, depending on the package you choose.
Stacked credentials, experiences, and achievements. Law degrees. Six foreign languages. Moved countries multiple times. All because I craved the learning, the change, the adventure.
But that drive had a hidden cost. Slowing down felt impossible, resulting in chronic overactivation of my nervous system. Underneath it all, something quieter was asking to be heard. Change only came when I got curious about the tension in my stomach and the sadness I had been bypassing for years, and started to process those old patterns somatically.
My mind became quieter and sharper, and abundance rather than scarcity thinking finally felt safe. My capacity to set healthy boundaries increased. When storms hit, I bounce back quickly. I rest without guilt. And when something comes up, I stay with it instead of pushing it away.
I had to learn to love every part of me first, including the "dark" ones. That's what lets me sit with you without judgement and with curiosity.
Lenka MariaYou have reached a point where continuing as you are hurts more than the pain of changing. You have collected so many insights, you just couldn't integrate them. You are open to working with your body as well as your mind. You seek accountability, not enablement.
The patterns that keep us stuck are not stored only in the mind. They also live in the body: the omnipresent tightness in your chest, the exhaustion that sleep never fixes, the restlessness that makes sitting still unbearable. Somatic release helps the body let go of what it has been holding, so that change is not just understood, but actually felt.
Ontological coaching works with how you see, think, speak, and move through the world. Unlike conventional coaching focused on goals, it looks at the deeper structures shaping your behavior: the language you use, the beliefs you hold, the stories you live inside. That voice that says you are never quite enough, no matter what you achieve, is not a fact. It is a story. Stories can be rewritten.
No. Somatic coaching and therapy are different modalities with different scopes. Therapy, particularly psychotherapy, is a regulated clinical practice that can address diagnosable mental health conditions. This work operates as coaching: it helps you identify patterns, build capacity for change, and develop a different relationship with yourself and your life. If you are working with a therapist or psychiatrist, this work is designed to complement that, not replace it. If you are in acute mental health distress, please seek clinical support first.
Nervous system regulation is the capacity to respond to stress without being overtaken by it, and to return to calm without shutting down. Most people live stuck in one of two states: wired and anxious, or numb and depleted. Body-based techniques help the nervous system shift back toward safety, so reactions soften and a wider range of response becomes available. Calm is not the absence of stress — it is an innate capacity you can strengthen, you can build.
Most sessions are conducted online via video call. In-person sessions are available in Lisbon, Portugal. Sessions are offered in English, Spanish, French, and Slovak.
We start with a free 60-minute call. Once you book, you will receive an intake form to fill in beforehand. The purpose is to understand what you are struggling with, whether we are a good match, and how I can best help you. If you decide to move forward, you choose the package that feels right, and I will send you a booking link within 24 hours.
After every session, you receive a detailed written summary with key insights and patterns identified, along with targeted integration practices and a curated list of resources. In the Immersive package, this also includes daily accountability tracking and direct WhatsApp support between sessions.
