Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Psycholongevity collects, uses, and protects your personal data. It is written in plain language because you deserve to understand what happens to your information.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Lenka Maria, based in Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach me at lenka@psycholongevity.org.

Because I am based in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all personal data I process, regardless of where you are in the world.

What data I collect and why

The only personal data collected through this website is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form:

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party except as described below.

The legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest — responding to a message you initiated.

How your data is stored

Contact form submissions are handled by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), which stores form data on its servers and forwards it to me by email. Netlify is GDPR-compliant and processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

Your message is retained only as long as necessary to manage our correspondence. If no coaching relationship follows, I delete your data within 12 months.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When your browser requests a font, Google's servers may log your IP address. No cookie is set by Google Fonts and no personal profile is created. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any form of behavioural profiling. No data about your visit is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, email me at lenka@psycholongevity.org. I will respond within 30 days.

Right to complain

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados): cnpd.pt.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a new date at the top. I will not reduce your rights without clear notice.
