This policy explains how Psycholongevity collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is written in plain language because you deserve to understand what happens to your information.
Psycholongevity is an individual somatic coaching practice operated from Lisbon, Portugal. As Psycholongevity is based in the European Union, the GDPR applies to all personal data processed, regardless of where you are located.
For all data-related enquiries, contact: lenka@psycholongevity.org
The following categories of personal data may be collected, depending on how you interact with Psycholongevity:
Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and the content of your message, submitted through the website contact form.
Discovery call booking data — your name, email address, and scheduling information, collected via Calendly when you book a call.
Coaching intake information — personal background, goals, lifestyle context, and readiness information submitted prior to the first session. This data is collected outside of the website via a separate intake form sent directly to you.
Session-related communications — messages exchanged via WhatsApp between sessions.
Website usage data — this website does not use any analytics tool. No data about your visit is collected for analysis purposes.
Intake responses may include health context and personal background information that constitutes special category data under GDPR Article 9. This data is handled with heightened care — see Section 9.
Each category of personal data is processed on the following legal basis:
Contact form and booking data — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to an enquiry you initiated.
Coaching intake information — explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a)) and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Session communications — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Session notes, summaries, and related materials — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
AI tools may be used within this practice to support session preparation and the creation of integration materials. The following conditions apply without exception:
Client materials and session-related data may be stored on the following platforms:
Notion — used for session notes, summaries, and practice organisation. Access is password-protected.
Google Drive — used for file storage including session-related documents. Password-protected and encrypted in transit and at rest.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the delivery of services and any applicable legal obligations. Upon conclusion of the coaching relationship, data will be retained for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Contact form submissions are handled by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), which stores form data on its servers and forwards it by email. Netlify processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Some platforms used by Psycholongevity may store or process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, Psycholongevity relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46 and any applicable adequacy decisions in effect at the time of processing.
Google Drive (Google LLC, USA) — SCCs and Google's Data Processing Addendum.
Notion (Notion Labs Inc., USA) — SCCs under Notion's Data Processing Agreement.
