But that drive had a hidden cost. Slowing down felt impossible, resulting in chronic overactivation of my nervous system. Underneath it all, something quieter was asking to be heard. Change only came when I got curious about the tension in my stomach and the sadness I had been bypassing for years, and processed those old patterns somatically.
My mind became quieter and sharper, and abundance rather than scarcity thinking finally felt safe. My capacity to set healthy boundaries increased. When storms hit, I bounce back quickly. I rest without guilt. And when something comes up, I stay with it instead of pushing it away.

Ontological coaching works with how you see, think, speak, and move through the world. Unlike conventional coaching focused on goals, it looks at the deeper structures shaping your behavior: the language you use, the beliefs you hold, the stories you live inside. That voice that says you are never quite enough, no matter what you achieve, is not a fact. It is a story. Stories can be rewritten.
After every session, you receive a detailed written summary with key insights and patterns identified. Depending on your package, this is also accompanied by targeted integration practices (specific exercises to continue the work between sessions) and a curated list of resources (podcasts, videos, articles, etc.). The Immersive package also includes daily accountability tracking for habits of your choice and a mindfulness practice we define together based on the needs of your nervous system.
Traditional talk therapy and coaching rarely work with the body. This work does. We understand what has been holding you back, work with your nervous system to process what it has been carrying, and surface the gap between who you are being and who you want to be. From that clear place, we focus on where you want to go.
Most sessions are conducted online via video call. In-person sessions are available in Lisbon. Sessions are offered in English, Spanish, French, and Slovak.
We start with a free 60-minute call, no commitment required. Once you book, you will receive an intake form to fill in before the call to make the most of our time together. The purpose of the call is to understand what you are struggling with, whether we are a good match, and how I can best help you. If you decide to move forward, you choose the package that feels right, and I will send you a booking link within 24 hours.
This is direct access to me via WhatsApp, so you can share how you are feeling, what is shifting, and ask questions between sessions. For the Complete package, this is limited to three sets of exchanges/check-ins around one topic per week. For the Immersive package, support is unlimited, with the expectation that I respond within 24 hours.
